INGREDIENTS
Almond flour, erythritol (sweetener), coconut flour, dark chocolate with no added sugar 8% [cocoa mass 60%, sweetener (erythritol 29.5%, stevia steviol glycosides 0.03%), cocoa fat, inulin, skimmed cocoa powder, emulsifier: [lecithins (from SOI), vanilla flavoring], inulin, Ceylon cinnamon, Kłodawska salt.

DESCRIPTION
Gluten-free mix for baking 35 keto chocolate chip cookies. No added sugar. Contains naturally occurring sugars. Contains sweeteners. High in fiber.

PREPARATION METHOD
1. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
2. Add 1 egg and 100g melted, cooled butter. Alternatively, you can add 1 egg, 50g melted butter, and 50g almond butter.
3. Mix with a spoon and then knead with your hands.
4. Roll out the dough thinly between two sheets of baking paper and cut out any shapes you like. You can also shape the cookies with your hands.
5. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180 ℃.
