How do you use DiatoNat® Human?

Observe your body's response. If you feel the serving size is too large, reduce the serving size to 0.5 teaspoon (1.5 g) and gradually increase the daily amount. If the dose is increased too quickly, flu-like symptoms may occur as a reaction to the rapid cleansing of the body. The rate of increase in the daily amount and the target amount depend on individual preference. The product can be used for several months (up to 6 months), then take a one-month break.
