PREPARATION
INGREDIENTS
1 sachet of organic rye sourdough, 30 g Biovegan, 700 g wheat flour, 300 g rye flour, 2 sachets of gluten-free organic dry yeast (9 g Biovegan), 2 teaspoons of salt, 750 ml lukewarm water
PREPARATION : All dry INGREDIENTS
Mix thoroughly. Add water and knead well. Cover and set aside in a warm place for 2 hours. Then knead again and pour into a greased bread pan. Place in a cold oven with a bowl of water. Bake at 180-200 degrees Celsius for about 80 minutes. Let cool.
