Activated carbon is obtained by processing wood pulp at 900°C. In the next step, it is activated with steam or acids. This process aims to increase the absorption surface. Activated carbon is widely used in cosmetics, particularly in the production of masks and as an additive to face and body wash gels. It is also increasingly found in whitening toothpastes. This type of product is recommended for problematic and oily skin. It is also used in air filters and in the separation and purification of gases. It is a pure form of activated carbon. USE
