INGREDIENTS
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, citric acid, maltodextrin, iron (ferrous diglycinate), vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of (vegetable) fatty acids.

Amount per daily dose:
Iron (ferrous diglycinate) - 20 mg

HOW TO USE
1 capsule per day.
Best taken with a meal or as directed.
