DESCRIPTION :

Vitamin C is a water-soluble nutrient known for its essential role in the immune system. Vitamin C is also essential for the production of collagen (a structural protein in connective tissue) and is therefore important for the health of skin, bones, and joints. Additionally, vitamin C is required for the metabolism of amino acids, the synthesis of neurotransmitters, and the utilization of many nutrients such as folate and iron. It is also a very effective antioxidant that can help maintain healthy tissue by neutralizing free radicals.

COMPOSITION:

Vitamin C (from calcium ascorbate), calcium (from calcium ascorbate), citrus fruit bioflavonoids, rosehip powder, acerola powder.

APPLICATION :

Take 1/4 teaspoon, slightly rounded, 1-4 times daily. Stir in orange juice or other strong-flavored juice.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
