Order process & Important information (Regulation EU 2019/1148)

Due to legal regulations, this product may not be sold to private individuals. The purchase is only permitted for commercial, institutional or professional purposes. The verification of your information takes place immediately after purchase in the shop.

This is how the process works:

1. Place order: Complete your purchase normally in our shop.

2. Check email inbox: Immediately after purchase, we will automatically send you the required buyer's declaration by email. Important: Please also check your Spam folder, if the email does not arrive in the inbox.

3. Send photo or scan: Fill out the form and sign it by hand. Then simply send us a clearly readable Photo or a scan of the declaration by email back.

4. Verification & Shipping: After purchase, we will check your submitted declaration. After successful verification, your order will be immediately released for shipping.

Note: Without the completed declaration and the corresponding proof, the goods may not be shipped. Unauthorized orders must be cancelled.
