When will I receive my refund?

1. Standard Processing Times

  • Refund after returning the goods: up to 14 business days after receipt of the shipment in our warehouse.
  • Cancellation before shipment: up to 7 business days.
  • Shipment returned to sender: up to 14 business days after receipt of the package.
  • Failed payment transaction (amount reservation): 1-5 business days - depending on your bank.

2. Important Information

  • The refund will be made to the same account or payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Your bank's processing time may take an additional 1-3 business days.
  • We do not process refunds to accounts other than the originally used payment method.

3. When to Contact Our Customer Service

The above-mentioned period has expired and the refund has not yet been received.

  • Order number
  • Date of return or cancellation
  • Payment method used at the time of purchase
