1. Invoice after Purchase

  • The invoice is automatically sent by email after the order is completed - please also check your spam and promotions folder.
  • The document is sent to the email address provided during the order.
  • You do not need to do anything further - the invoice is delivered automatically.

2. Proforma Invoice (before Purchase)

  • Please send us an email with the product list, desired quantities, billing information, and delivery address.
  • Creating a proforma invoice takes up to 2 business days.

3. When to Contact Our Customer Service

  • You have not received an invoice within 24 hours of the order confirmation.
  • The invoice contains incorrect information.
  • You need a copy of the invoice.

4. Required Information for a Request

  • Order number
  • Email address used during purchase
  • Type of request (missing invoice / data correction / invoice copy)
