  1. Ground transport (premium partner DHL / UPS): Shipping throughout the EU as well as to Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom.

    • Standard delivery time: 1–10 business days.

  2. Global Express Air Freight (FedEx): Worldwide logistics solutions for more than 200 countries.

    • Standard delivery time: 1–7 business days.

  • Germany: DHL | 1–2 business days | from 6.99 EUR (free shipping from 99 EUR)

  • Austria, France, Netherlands: DHL | 2–3 business days | from 9.99 EUR (free shipping from 99 EUR)

  • United Kingdom: DHL | 4 business days | from 14.99 GBP (free shipping from 169 GBP)

  • Switzerland: FedEx | 3 business days | from 21.99 CHF (free shipping from 189 CHF)

3. Important Information on Shipping Outside the EU

Would you like to have your order delivered to a country outside the European Union? Then please note the following:

  • Customs and Import VAT: For shipments to non-EU countries, additional costs such as import duties and local VAT may apply. These fees are collected by the respective customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. marktbio.com has no influence on these costs.

  • Payment in the store: When you place your order, you only pay the value of the goods and the shipping costs shown in the cart.

  • Customs clearance: During delivery, the courier may ask you to provide customs documents or pay the import fees. You can find details in our FAQ section (Section 405).

  • Regulations: The exact customs regulations and fee rates depend on the laws of your country. Please check with your local customs authority in advance.

4. Shipping of Dangerous Goods (ADR Surcharges)

Some of our products (e.g., certain chemical reagents or special cleaning agents) are classified as dangerous goods (ADR).

  • Surcharges: Additional transport charges may apply for shipping these items as dangerous goods. These will be displayed to you at checkout when you select the shipping method.

  • Restricted shipping methods: Not every parcel carrier transports dangerous goods. The choice of shipping providers may therefore be limited for these products.
