1. What you should do now

  • Check if the package was delivered to a nearby pickup point (parcel locker or parcel shop).
  • Contact the local branch of the shipping carrier directly, as indicated in the tracking.
  • Make sure the phone number provided with the order is current.

2. Common causes

  • No one was home at the time of delivery.
  • The phone number was incorrect or illegible - the carrier could not make contact.
  • The address is incomplete or missing details such as buzzer, house, or apartment number.
  • A signature or payment of customs fees is required for delivery.

3. When to contact our customer service

  • The carrier made two unsuccessful delivery attempts and the package is being returned to the sender.
  • The tracking shows that the package is at a pickup station, but the station cannot find it.
  • You cannot contact the shipping carrier.
