This product is a great source of vitamin E, which is an antioxidant. This means it reduces the amount of free radicals in the body, which improves immunity, has a positive effect on the circulatory system, and supports the body's cleansing process. The polyphenols in its composition also act as antioxidants. It is a very good support for the body and allows it to better cope with the harmful external environmental factors we encounter. We can make apple cider vinegar at home. To do this, we'll need 1 kg of sour apples, 1 liter of water, and about 5 teaspoons of honey. Wash the apples and remove any seeds.
