How do you use DiatoNat® Human?

Natural diatoms are best taken in the morning before a meal, in an amount of 1 teaspoon (3 g; the scoop is included in the package) daily. Diatoms should be mixed with a glass or a smaller amount of water or other liquid. During treatment, you should drink plenty of fluids – at least 2 liters of water per day. Observe your body's response. If you feel the serving size is too large, reduce the serving size to 0.5 teaspoon (1.5 g) and gradually increase the daily amount. If the dose is increased too quickly, flu-like symptoms may occur as a reaction to the rapid cleansing of the body. The rate of increase in the daily amount and the target amount depend on individual preference. The product can be used for several months (up to 6 months), then take a one-month break. For children 12 years and older, the daily dose should be reduced by half. This product is intended for adults and children 12 years and older.
