APPLICATION
Shake well before use. Measure the recommended serving and add to water, juice, or another cool liquid.
Recommended daily dose: Children 1-9 years: 1 application . Adolescents 10-18 years: 2 applications. Adults: 4 applications .
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
