1. What you should check now

  • Check the tracking number directly on the carrier's website and verify the exact time of the last scan.
  • Verify if the order was placed on a weekend or holiday - packages are usually not scanned by carriers on these days.
  • Check that the provided address and phone number are correct.

2. When missing updates are normal

  • Within the first 24–48 hours after shipping - delays in carrier scanning are normal.
  • On weekends or holidays - no operational processing typically occurs during this period.
  • For international shipments - tracking updates may appear less frequently.

3. When to contact our customer service

  • The tracking has not been updated for 5 or more business days.
  • The last scan shows a location where the package should not be.
  • The status indicates damage or customs hold.

  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Date of last tracking update
