• A change of delivery address is only possible before the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
• After the order has been shipped, we can no longer change the address – in this case, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

• Contact us as soon as possible - the earlier the request is received, the greater the chance of changing the address before shipment.
• Have the complete new delivery address ready: street, house number, postal code, city, and country.
