The effects of Pichtae oil:

APPLICATIONS:
Oleum Pichtae is especially indicated for infections of the upper respiratory tract. It prevents and supports the treatment of catarrh, cough, tonsillitis, flu, and colds.
It has a strengthening and protective effect during overexertion and weather changes. It has strong anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties and helps eliminate toxins and dead cells from the body. It acts antiseptically and as an expectorant.
Russian scientists have proven that fir preparations help normalize blood composition. They have a particularly good effect on normalizing lymphocyte and leukocyte levels, which is extremely important for patients exposed to radiation. Fir oil has a relaxing effect and relieves headaches. When applied externally, it has anesthetic and relaxing properties. Since it shows pain-relieving effects for pain of various causes, it is also recommended for rheumatic diseases. Fir oil has a healing effect on long-lasting ulcers, chronic rhinitis, and spasmodic cough. It has scurvy-preventing, diuretic, laxative, and generally strengthening properties. It strengthens the immune system and improves metabolism.

METHODS OF APPLICATION
AROMATHERAPEUTIC USE: Add 4 - 6 drops diluted with water to the fireplace.
INHALATIONS: Add 2 - 3 drops of the oil to a pot of hot water, cover the head with a towel, and deeply inhale the steam for 3 - 7 minutes. Eyes must be closed.
MASSAGE OIL: Dissolve 8 - 10 drops of oil in 25 ml of base oil (almond oil, soybean oil, olive oil, or grape seed oil).
BATH: Add 6 - 7 drops of oil with 1 tablespoon of honey, milk, or salt to a filled bathtub (37-38°C). The treatment duration is 10-15 minutes.
COSMETIC IMPROVEMENT: Mix 4-8 drops of the oil with 10-15 ml of cream, lotion, gel, or shampoo.

COMPOSITION (INCI): 100% Abies Sibirica Oil

STORAGE: Store the oil only in a closed glass container and protect it from light. Pichtae oil and other conifer oils decompose under sunlight and oxidize when exposed to air oxygen. Therefore, they must be stored in a dark place, preferably in a cardboard box. If storage and usage rules are followed, the oil retains its properties for several years.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Do not administer to persons allergic to components of the oil, as well as to pregnant and breastfeeding women (during lactation). Do not administer to children under 3 years old.

Notes before use: In a minority of people, the oil causes an allergy. This manifests as slight redness that disappears within 2-3 days. For such patients, the use of essential fir oil is not recommended.
Before the first use of essential fir oil, it is advisable to check your own allergy susceptibility. To do this, apply 10-15 drops of the oil to the back of the hand, chest, or leg and rub it in. If no obvious redness appears on the skin the next day, treatment can begin.
