1. What happens next

• Once the package has been returned to us, we will refund the amount of your order.
• An automatic reshipment will not be made - please place a new order in this case.
• The refund will be processed within up to 14 business days after the return is received at our warehouse.

• Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
• Incorrect or outdated delivery address
• The shipment was not picked up from the collection point in time
