I received a wrong product or parts are missing

 

1. What you should do now

  • Check your order confirmation and compare it with the contents of the package.
  • Take a photo of the package contents - ideally together with the shipping label or delivery note.
  • Do not open the products if possible.

2. Required information for an inquiry

  • Order number
  • What was ordered (product name / SKU)
  • What was delivered (description or photo)
  • What is missing or what is wrong
  • Photos of the package contents
