Right of Withdrawal & Returns

We grant a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Please note: Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us promptly if the item is damaged or defective or if you received the wrong item. We will strive to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items are excluded from returns. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made or personalized items, as well as personal hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics). Also excluded are hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Promotional items or vouchers cannot be returned either. If you have questions about specific items, please contact us.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item, followed by a separate purchase of the new product.

Right of Withdrawal in the European Union (14 days)
Regardless of the above regulations, you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods. The above-mentioned conditions for the item condition also apply in this case.

Refunds
We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return. Upon approval, the refund will be processed automatically within a maximum of 7 business days to the original payment method used. Please note that processing by your bank may take additional time.
