How to use Oilo Bio natural clove oil?

Natural clove oil belongs to the group of warming essential oils. It cannot be used alone. If inhaled directly from the bottle, there is a risk of nasal mucosa irritation. It should also not be used on young children.

Before adding it to a bath or applying it directly to the skin, dissolve the clove oil with the base oil in a ratio of at least 1:5 (1 drop of clove essential oil to 5 drops of cosmetic oil). You can also use EPSOM salt.

Also remember that taking large amounts of clove oil (10-30 ml) is toxic and can be dangerous to a person's health and even life.

You can use clove essential oil in several ways:
