This book is about how you can take care of your body, mind, energy and spirituality so that you can regain balance.

Taking care of yourself means focusing your attention on activities that everyone needs to do and for which you don't need medication or doctors, such as exercise, inner development, and nutritional education. The author of the book had absolutely no knowledge of biochemistry, information medicine, or the ketogenic diet before achieving balance in her healing process. She began her education by translating scientific research and pursuing postgraduate studies at the Medical University of Warsaw.

The avoidance of medication and doctors is meant to emphasize the need to stop doing something and turn to a new, more useful skill, such as self-development. There are two things you can't take away from a person: their knowledge and their experience.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
For the first time, Magdalena Wojciechowska shares all her know-how about the path to recovery that will lead to amazing results on all levels of life.

The author herself did nothing to improve her health for six years after her initial diagnosis. In 2012, she weighed 47 kg (109 lbs) and took 10 medications daily for conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, glaucoma, recurrent calcium oxalate degeneration, tetany, SIBO, mugwort allergy, candidiasis, insulin resistance, and impaired digestion and absorption of simple sugars and proteins. Since 2014, she has been medication-free and has experienced remission of the aforementioned disorders, even elimination and recovery.

She speaks at conferences, trade fairs and educational events alongside doctors, scientists and specialists in integral medicine.

In 2016, she organized the first Integrative Health Conference in Warsaw, Poland. She has conducted approximately 500 interviews with people from the world of health and medicine. She has written approximately 1,500 articles for magazines such as E!STILO, Moja Harmonia Życia, Viva Zioła, and a personal blog.

She is a member of the association "Journalists for Health" and an expert for the program "Radio Health Clinic" on RPL Radio, on the Wirtualna Polska portal "abcZdrowie" and on the portal Hallo Zdrowie.

She collaborated with the Polish Multiple Sclerosis Society and volunteered with the Przyjaciółka Foundation. In 2014, she founded the Institute of Functional Medicine and has since been a promoter of integrated methods of recovery and inner balance.
